If the site is down, don't send me a PM wheres my stuff or did I ship your stuff right when you get back on, NONE of us can get on when its down so that means the following:
1) I can't read my PM's which really get backed up even worse when people immediately PM me as soon as they can get back on the site!
2) I can't get to my orders page which means I can view orders or print shipping labels!
3) I'm going to put shipping orders out first priority over responding to PM's when i do get back on! I WILL get to your PM but it may take a bit!
4) If you 4/5 me for not responding via PM even though I responded to you here on the forums imma ban your azz from ordering from me in the future and pass your name to all the other vendors I know as a ass nugger to deal with!
I will get your orders out AS SOON AS THE SITE GET BACK UP so I can get to my orders page! THEN I will go thru the PM's as I can. If you have a genuine emergency put the words "EMERGENCY" in the subject line of your PM! Im check the silk road SILC channel a lot of the time if you need me right away, you can catch me there too!
All that being said, my orders was caught up till yesterday evening, so I'm not behind but usually im packing orders by this part of the day.
Please direct your concerns with regard to and as a result of the site outages to SR Admin not ME, I cant do a thing about it!

Are you on silc now? Im only asking cause i cant connect to it today. I have heard people having issues connecting as of late so that could be it also. Just curious. Have a good one man.

Yes, not only did they post feedback that i never responded to them but they held my BTC's hostage till it was about to finalize 10 days after they actually got it then they 4/5'd me. It was bullshit cause I responded to them here in the forums within 24 hours of them callin me out. Im really gettin pissed off about this whole damn feedback thing, n00bs dont understand it and use it inappropriately. Heres another feedback I just got that is fucking fucked, what the hell is this shit:
"Arrived quickly. Discreetly and well packaged. Weight was good. Product "good". Recommend." <-- they give me a 4/5 after posting this feedback??
Paper-Mart about to make some new rules about this shit, as soon as I get my orders out today. Anyone that feedback less than 5/5 without talking to me first about it is gonna be named by SR username here on a "** BANNED from Paper-Mart - Other vendors take note **" thread and banned from Paper-Mart permanently.

Its really not that many people, probably about 5 or 10 total out of over a thousand buyers but Im tired of not being able to even say shit about bullshit feedback, so I'm makin a new game called "IMMA CALL YOUR ASS OUT IF YOU DESERVE IT."

Silc has been kinda a bitch this week but There's a good 24 ppl in there.
Try to disable your account and then open manage account and see if you can enable it and it connect.

Paperchasing, I never expect good vendors to have all 5/5s. Some buyers just won't give a 5/5 unless their package is wrapped in hundred dollar bills and is delivered by strippers. When I'm looking over a new vendor I check feedback scores as well as comments, and then I look at comments about the vendor on the SR Forum.
I'm actually kinda suspicious if I see all 5/5s 'cause I wonder how a vendor can be so consistently good. But you're doing fine, don't worry about the people you just can't please.

Yes Captain, your so right. Its those buyers and the buyers that use the leverage of the feedback system inappropriatly that Im fedup with. Now ya'll dont get me wrong, some of them 4/5's I earned myself, not by any fault of the buyers. I've got two people right now that would be totally in the right to say I've not been their best experience but Im makin it right, just like everyone thats ever had a delimma with me knows I will. Its the people that drop bad ratings for a) no good reason or b) rate me poorly due to circumstances out of my control or c) outright use the feedback system to extract free goods from vendors that I've just had about enough of.
This has been a problem for vendors for some time now, even to the point of being the basis of scamming vendors using the feedback system as a blackmail device. Any reputable vendors that pledge to refuse service to Paper-Mart banned buyers will receive the same courtesy in return from me with regard to their unsavory/problematic buyers which they list in the banned buyers thread.

I've been thinking of a buyer blacklist or vendors union for a while now, thing is without at least zip codes it's pretty useless as all the person has to do is make a new account when they realize they're on it. We need something like an onion site with anti leak measures, and if something does get leaked a way to find out who did it. Possible but complicated. I think an invisible blacklist would be best, where you enter a partial address (street number and zip maybe) and it runs a check if it's black listed or not, and doesn't show any info to anyone but the site operator. With username/login for vendors only.

Sorry, i dont think any listing of anyones address is acceptable in any way shape or form. I CAN say that anyone that tries to order from a banned address under a new username to me will likely be discovered and their BTC's will sit in escrow till the system kicks it back to them AND I will add the NEW USERNAME their trying to use to the banned username list. I would expect other vendors to do the same, HOWEVER NO listings of addresses or actual shipping names is acceptable in any way, shape or form. If the .onion was compromised in any way we would be responsible for a heinous leak of information that is completely unacceptable to me. Just because someone is a ass nugger to deal with is no reason to divulge their personal shipping information.

Right no addresses listed, it'd be reverse lookup, you can't see any info. I meant it'd be run by SR itself so it's no more risk than the PM system as far as info leaks. There's encryption and other things that can make it as secure or more secure than SR, but the main thing is I don't think anyone is willing to set it up anyway so I'm just dreaming :( And meant more for scamming, not just difficult buyers but ones that try to rob vendors.

Yeh I feel ya newbyuno, if SR Admin was willing to set this up I *might* think it was a good idea, but still it concerns me that addresses would be sitting in a database, even if encrypted, just waiting to be plucked by some hacker or worse LE. I understand that they could be encrypted to a key that only SR would know but the fact that it would be automated indicates that some software solution would have access to the decryption key thereby rendering it quite insecure. I think this is going to be something the Vendors are going to have to step up to the plate on to make it work, SR has his hands quite full already it would seem to me.
Frankly, I dont care if nobody else gives a rats ass or not, Im banning any fucking one that fucks with me anymore. They can just buy from other vendors that dont mind getting screwed over on their feedback after putting their best foot forward.

That would be pretty neat, but right now unless you send it in plain text SR does not have access to your address.
The one thing that helps with a lot of paranoia is that even if SR gets hacked, if you're smart and use PGP nobody will have any incriminating information on you. Now if SR started storing address information...would kinda defeat that. :-\ Just one simple oversight on that webpage allowing a SQL injection and they could get access to all of the customer information.
